Andrew (Roque) is an interdisciplinary designer based in San Francisco—Los Angeles who works across photography, print, and web spaces. His work is an ongoing exploration of copying in response to the impermanence of time, contemplating what gets lost and added in transition.

2021 THE BRIDGE
Publication
Poster Design
The Bridge is an artist publication of the works of Jimmy Nyeango. The book covers photographs of a project Nyeango started in 2013 as part of his undergrad thesis documenting Washington Street Skate Park in San Diego and the skate culture around it–locally known as The Bridge.
Nyeango revisits the project and The Bridge nine years later to explore the difference in space in its relation to time and how Nyeango has changed during the almost ten year hiatus from Washington Street. The publication is divided into two chapters respectively labeled 2013 and 2022. Each chapter is swiss bound to the cover and when opened will naturally lay from the middle where the viewer can either decide to open 2013–which is intended to be read from right to left, or 2022–which read left to right.
